Q: What are the System Requirements for this software?
A: At this stage only PC version is supported running Windows XP or Vista. Earlier versions of Windows may work also but due to the age of the PC normally running these it may be slow.A PC with at least a 1.33 GHz CPU, 512 MB RAM and 32 MB Video RAM is required for XP. If you are running Vista you will have a newer faster PC anyway.
Q: What if I use an Apple Mac?
A: If you are using an Apple Mac our software will not work. You can run an emulator for windows and run using that or you can use another program and supply your artwork for printing.Q: What are the Printing Specs for Supplied Artwork?
A: A4 pages 210 x 297mm with additional 3mm bleed if you require any elements to run to the edge of the page (background colour etc). Supplied on CD/DVD as PDF in CMYK colour space at 250 dpi.Customised covers supplied as A3 and will require additional width for the spine as follows:

Q: How do I Determine Image Quality?
A: The software will analyse each photo you place into a picture box and report the quality. While this is capable of measuring resolution, it can not judge sharpness, colour or density. Images from cameras as low as 2 megapixels can be used as long as they are not enlarged or cropped too much.Q: What Should I Know about Image Size for Covers and Full Pages/2 Page Spreads?
A: You can fill an entire page or 2 page spread with a single photo. If you decide to do this the image will need to be of the highest quality, for a portrait album 6 megapixels for a single page, more for the double page spread and they need to be very good clear images with little or no cropping to avoid disappointment.Q: How Can I Edit Pictures?
A: When you place an image into a box a tool panel will be displayed. If this does not happen you can activate the tool panel by going to the menu bar under view and select "show tool panel" or you can right click on the image and click on "show tool panel".With this tool panel you can zoom in or out, rotate right or left and if you have enlarged your image move it to the left or right and up or down in the image box.
There is also a basic editor that can be used. Simply right click on an image and select "edit content", this will take the image into another screen. With this you can add or reduce contrast, make your image lighter or darker and crop and rotate your image.
